Web Speech API doesn't expose downloadable audio. For downloadable TTS, you'd need a server-side service.

About Text to Speech

Text to Speech reads any text aloud using the Web Speech API and the voices installed on your operating system. Adjust speed (0.5×–2×) and pitch. Useful for proofreading by listening, accessibility, language practice, and giving your eyes a break. Voice quality varies by OS. macOS and iOS have premium neural voices. Windows ships with several decent voices. Linux quality depends on what's installed.
